So far, Jyotsna has helped over 500 authors from 35 different countries through her global publishing agency, Happy Self Publishing. While Jyotsna isn’t working, this mom of 2 kids also loves to dance, run, plan her next solo trip, and is a passionate advocate for educational rights.

As the 1st employee of HSP, Sushmitha Naroor has helped 600+ authors achieve their book publishing dreams and achieve Bestseller Status. For 4 years, Sushmitha has been handling projects single-handedly and experienced the company’s growth into a successful self-publishing company. Recently promoted as Head of the Author Success Team, Sushmitha ensures all projects are running smoothly and successfully with zero-tolerance compliance. Sushmitha is a chatter and a good listener which makes her very approachable. She ensures each and every author is happy when they publish their book. Sunaina Narang began her career in publishing as copy editor with Roli Books in Delhi. Consequently, she worked as editor at HarperCollins India and Westland. She freelanced with publishers such as Rupa and Full Circle. At HSP, Sunaina transitioned into book coaching to help authors struggling with their first draft and unable to complete their book. She uses her knowledge of editing and the publishing world to help authors achieve their dream of writing a book. Sunaina has the ability to help authors create their book from dream to draft. And she does it all for the love of books!

Analie Aninon has had ample years of working alongside aspiring authors. Guiding them in all aspects from initial concepts to final publication was never an easy task for Analie. But for Analie, knowing how happy the authors are, fulfilling their lifelong dream, is such a gratifying experience beyond measure. Analie’s “Super Power” is Multitasking at its finest! When Bhagchand is not working, you can find him getting comfy watching movies. The one superpower that everyone needs is quick adaptive learning. And Bhagchand is your Superman! Bhagchand has the ability to instantly gather and understand any knowledge via natural means. Bhagchand loves the feeling when the book is designed neatly and the author is happy and proud of the book he has designed. Bhagchand does this simply because he is good at it!

Meet Felipe, a freelance illustrator with a specialization in creating captivating visuals that breathe life into stories. Armed with a Graphic Design degree, art has always played a pivotal role in his self-discovery, evident from his lifelong habit of filling sketchbooks with imaginative creations since childhood. Radhika Pillai is an Editor and Angel Writer from Chennai. Radhika never intended to become an editor or writer. She studied to be a psychologist! But her career started off as an academic writer slash editor, which she realized she was good at and happy doing. She’s been an editor and writer since. For her, reading doesn’t have to be a hobby if her job lets her do that everyday. High in competitive attitude, Radhika loves games. From playing cards indoors to playing basketball outdoors, no game is off limits! She’s up for rock, paper, scissors too!

Following an extended tenure in the corporate realm, Reba decided to break free from the cubicle life to pursue her greatest passion: reading exceptional manuscripts and honing them to perfection for publication. With an insatiable love for reading and two decades of experience as a freelance editor, she considers herself incredibly fortunate to be immersed in this field. Her superpower lies in skillfully handling commas, verb tenses, and misplaced modifiers. When not lost in the world of words, she devotes her time to caring for a delightful herd of rescue pets, exploring picturesque hills through invigorating hikes, and indulging in delightful daydreams.

Embracing 5 years of writing, editing and proofing, Nitin Dutt worked on more than 100 books and counting. With unwavering zeal, Nitin transforms books to the level it deserves. For him, every book is unique and shouldn’t be treated by the same token. Before full-time freelancing, he worked several jobs but felt unfulfilled — a rudderless ship sailing at the mercy of waves. Teslim has been learning and working with computer graphics, animation, and videos since 2012. In the past few years, he’s focused on helping businesses with online marketing by increasing reach, engagement, and conversions with high-quality and customized video contents and animations.
