She founded Happy Self Publishing to help overwhelmed, yet purpose-driven authors experience a transformative journey of self-discovery through the process of publishing their book and amplifying their message. So far, Jyotsna has helped over 500 authors from 35 different countries through her global publishing agency, Happy Self Publishing. While Jyotsna isn’t working, this mom of 2 kids also loves to dance, run, plan her next solo trip, and is a passionate advocate for educational rights.
Sushmitha Naroor
As the 1st employee of HSP, Sushmitha Naroor has helped 600+ authors achieve their book publishing dreams and achieve Bestseller Status. For 4 years, Sushmitha has been handling projects single-handedly and experienced the company’s growth into a successful self-publishing company. Recently promoted as Head of the Author Success Team, Sushmitha ensures all projects are running smoothly and successfully with zero-tolerance compliance. Sushmitha is a chatter and a good listener which makes her very approachable. She ensures each and every author is happy when they publish their book. For Sushmitha, It’s a great feeling to see every authors’ dreams come true.
Sunaina Narang
Sunaina Narang began her career in publishing as copy editor with Roli Books in Delhi. Consequently, she worked as editor at HarperCollins India and Westland. She freelanced with publishers such as Rupa and Full Circle. At HSP, Sunaina transitioned into book coaching to help authors struggling with their first draft and unable to complete their book. She uses her knowledge of editing and the publishing world to help authors achieve their dream of writing a book. Sunaina has the ability to help authors create their book from dream to draft. And she does it all for the love of books!
Analie Aninon
Analie Aninon has had ample years of working alongside aspiring authors. Guiding them in all aspects from initial concepts to final publication was never an easy task for Analie. But for Analie, knowing how happy the authors are, fulfilling their lifelong dream, is such a gratifying experience beyond measure. Analie’s “Super Power” is Multitasking at its finest! Seeing the author’s life’s work displayed makes Analie feel proud that she was at some point a part of the book’s journey!

Nelly Murariu
Nelly Murariu is currently located in Ontario, Canada. Since 2011, Nelly has been creating book covers, book interiors, eBooks, promotional materials, and websites for authors and presses from all over the world. At Happy Self-Publishing, Nelly designs book covers and book interiors. A self-confessed autotelic, bibliophile, logophile, audiophile, pluviophile, nephophile, Nelly strongly believes in the superpower of a creative life.
Bhagchand Bhatia
Bhagchand is an eBook Formatter / eBook Designer. He considers himself as a quick learner and book interior designing is his forte. When Bhagchand is not working, you can find him getting comfy watching movies. The one superpower that everyone needs is quick adaptive learning. And Bhagchand is your Superman! Bhagchand has the ability to instantly gather and understand any knowledge via natural means. Bhagchand loves the feeling when the book is designed neatly and the author is happy and proud of the book he has designed. Bhagchand does this simply because he is good at it!

Phil Owens
British expat living in Perugia, Italy, Phil Owens loves working on the manuscripts and writing blogs. He enjoys helping people in general but despite spending over 30 years working in the IT industry helping people, Phil has always maintained a passion for the written word, the written word always gets him excited.
Radhika Pillai
Radhika Pillai is an Editor and Angel Writer from Chennai. Radhika never intended to become an editor or writer. She studied to be a psychologist! But her career started off as an academic writer slash editor, which she realized she was good at and happy doing. She’s been an editor and writer since. For her, reading doesn’t have to be a hobby if her job lets her do that everyday. High in competitive attitude, Radhika loves games. From playing cards indoors to playing basketball outdoors, no game is off limits! She’s up for rock, paper, scissors too!
Angela Frazier
Angela Frazier is a multi-published author and a freelance editor with twenty years of experience. Her goal is to give a finished manuscript that is final, professional & polished. Angela loves helping authors get their books out into the world for others to read and enjoy. For her, it is so rewarding to see someone achieve a dream.
Taryn W
Taryn is a professional copy editor with experience across a variety of genres and clients. When she’s not poring over manuscripts, fixing errant commas, you can find her experimenting in the kitchen or out on a run. She lives in Brooklyn, New York with her partner, French Bulldog, and Bengal cat. Taryn loves the art of storytelling. For her, there’s nothing better than helping her clients put their stories out into the world—with every word and punctuation mark in the exact right place.
Aimee de la Fuente
As an educator and editor, Aimee de la Fuente worked with authors, entrepreneurs, and business professionals around the world to improve written communication strategies in a variety of media, including books, web copy, and external communications. Her academic background includes: BA – Creative Writing, BA – French and Francophone Studies, MA – Sociology of Sustainable Globalization. A stickler for using precise language that makes sense, Aimee, is honored to help writers find, develop, and articulate their own voice so that they can share their expertise in an authentic way.
Nitin Dutt
Embracing 5 years of writing, editing and proofing, Nitin Dutt worked on more than 100 books and counting. With unwavering zeal, Nitin transforms books to the level it deserves. For him, every book is unique and shouldn’t be treated by the same token. Before full-time freelancing, he worked several jobs but felt unfulfilled — a rudderless ship sailing at the mercy of waves. The best years of his life was when he began commiting to transforming his passion of being a wordsmith into a profession. The opportunity of working with various clients added tremendously to his treasure trove of learning.

Teslim has been learning and working with computer graphics, animation, and videos since 2012. In the past few years, he’s focused on helping businesses with online marketing by increasing reach, engagement, and conversions with high-quality and customized video contents and animations. Teslim also helps businesses automate their marketing and sales processes. He finds pleasure bringing clients’ ideas to life, helping them connect with their audience with rich video contents, and online marketing channels and tools. Being a Problem Solver, Teslim has the ability to cut through the heart of a problem and formulate how to overcome each and any obstacle.
Mohammed Musthafa
Mohammed Musthafa is a Programmer and a Designer from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He worked for 2 years as Programmer and is presently focused in the Designing field. He now has 7yrs of experience in Graphic Design and 5yrs of experience in WordPress Web Design. Mohammed trains students in web programming for fresher in IT Companies, Schools, and Colleges. Mohammed spends his free time studying World Politics, Science, and Mystery, and currently runs a youtube channel based on these topics. Mohammed believes in the saying “More Smart Work , Less Hard Work”.

Walt considers his writing ability a gift from God. He owes it to Him or Her to use it well.
Tamma G Ford
Tamma G Ford loves entrepreneurship and is a longtime startup business consultant to first-time entrepreneurs; She gets them organized to sneak up on the market or take it by storm (all a matter of strategy!). In parallel, Tamma combines her experience with active listening and interviewing to help non-writers materialize their stories or expertise in book format. Everyone has a story! Tamma loves to help tell it because not every author has the skill or time to materialize their stories in written form. Tamma is the angel on every author’s shoulder, the ghost on every author’s keyboard.
Will Beebe
Will A. Beebe, an American communications specialist and Angel Writer with Happy Self Publishing based in Brazil, creates compelling copy regarding business, culture, and memoirs. Will’s mom told him that when he was four, he was already planning a book about travel to Mars. He continues to this day as a master storyteller, building books and great stories.
